Digital Business Partner - Human Resources

As a Digital Business Partner in HR, you connect business strategy with IT to maximize value from technology investments. You will translate functional needs into multi-year roadmaps and co-own value realization with leaders. You guide adoption of digital, data, AI, and automation capabilities across the enterprise. This role blends strategic advisory with execution, shaping demand and ensuring measurable outcomes. You'll work closely with HR, Change, and Transformation teams to drive adoption and business impact.

• Support portfolio reviews and governance with clear value reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digitization or related field
• 8+ years experience in IT Business Partner, Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Product roles
• Experience with executive stakeholders
• Experience in business case development and portfolio prioritization
• Strong understanding of ERP, data, integration, cloud, AI
